What to send

• An error on a page. Send the address of the page and the value in the CMS record. The corrections page shows what happens next.
• A question about a figure. Read the methodology page first. Then send the address of the page and the figure.
• The name of a person on a page. Send the address of the page. The desk removes the name immediately.
• Use of the data. You can quote a figure with a link to its page. The data sources page gives the licence.

What the desk cannot do

The desk cannot give advice about a nursing home or about the care of a resident. It cannot change a CMS record and it does not take complaints about a nursing home.

CMS lists the State Survey Agencies, which take complaints about nursing homes.
