Corrections

Last reviewed:

The site copies the CMS files and does not change a CMS value. An error on a page has one of two causes: the site processed a CMS file incorrectly, or the CMS record is in error.

How to report an error

  1. Write to hello@eldercarerecord.com.
  2. Give the address of the page.
  3. Give the figure or the text that is wrong, and the value in the CMS record.

What the desk does

The desk answers in five working days. It compares the page with the CMS file.

  • If the site processed the file incorrectly, the desk corrects the program. The next edition of the site has the correct value, and the log on this page records the correction.
  • If the page agrees with the CMS file, the site cannot change the value. The desk tells you so and gives you the link to CMS.

Disputes about a CMS record

A rating, a citation, a penalty and an ownership entry are CMS records. Only CMS and the State Survey Agency can change them. CMS lists the contact information for State Survey Agencies.

When CMS changes a record, the site shows the new value after the next CMS update.

The name of a person

The site shows organisations only. If a page shows the name of a person, send the address of the page. The desk removes the name immediately and corrects the filter.

Log of corrections

  • The log starts on this date. The desk recorded no corrections before it.
